First Football Pitch Inaugurated
Excitement was palpable amid the children and adults alike as the very first football pitch was to be inaugurated by a real celebrity. Indeed, former UK footballer Kevin Joseph Campbell was present at Harsham Camp in Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan for this historic event. Kevin’s participation and heartfelt compassion shined through to all present at this event. He knows all too well how football changes lives.
Dwight Yorke and BHHF Football Initiative
Dwight Yorke The former footballer, Dwight Yorke who had a successful career playing for Aston Villa, Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers, Birmingham City, Sydney FC and Sunderland, mainly as a forward in the years between 1988 and 2009 has taken a leading role in working with Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation’s (BHHF) Football Initiative.
