12 August 2018 was International Youth Day, inside Debaga Refugee Camp Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation and Barzani Charity Foundation commemorated this day with activities for the children. As a young person whose life should be fun and carefree, these youth are living day to day, lack of proper healthcare, poor quality education and nutrition and feeling unsafe in their living environment contribute to feelings of hopelessness and anxiety. But today activities centered on having the youth organize activities to raise awareness on issues relevant to their home country and their peers. To top off the events of the day, Bring Hope distributed 40 pair of sport shoes for their tennis and basketball teams.
