Last Friday afternoon (4th of June), 400 tents in the Shariya camp in the Duhok region in Northern Iraq, burned down. This was caused by an electrical short, a recurring issue in the camp. Responding to this tragedy our team distributed hygiene products, clothes, blankets and toys to 350 affected families on the 6th of June.
Our team spoke to those affected about their situation after the fire.
Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation is working on distributions to support these families, but we cannot do it alone.
Your donation has the power to help families, by enabling us to support them directly with food parcels, hygiene products and clothing, as well as in the long term with the reconstruction of their houses.
