Continuous skills building and development is a cornerstone of any successful organization. And we at Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation are strong believers in investing in the education and training of our employees. Therefore, yesterday our team in Kurdistan refreshed their knowledge about MEAL (𝘔𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘌𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘈𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨) practices through internally organized training.

Whilst our activities and programs on the ground are tailored to work in line with principles of economic and environmental sustainability, then through training activities, we seek to achieve social sustainability with our international teams. Therefore, we encourage our employees to learn new things, explore new areas of interest and widen their expertise, thus the training also strengthening the team’s confidence in their skills and capabilities.

Besides, the new skills gained will enable Bring Hope to work more effectively and thus enable us to reach more people in need.
