Continuous skills building and development is a cornerstone of any successful organization. And we at Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation are strong believers in investing in the education and training of our employees. Therefore, yesterday our team in Kurdistan refreshed their knowledge about MEAL (ππ°π―πͺπ΅π°π³πͺπ―π¨, ππ·π’ππΆπ’π΅πͺπ°π―, ππ€π€π°πΆπ―π΅π’π£πͺππͺπ΅πΊ, π’π―π₯ ππ¦π’π³π―πͺπ―π¨) practices through internally organized training.
Whilst our activities and programs on the ground are tailored to work in line with principles of economic and environmental sustainability, then through training activities, we seek to achieve social sustainability with our international teams. Therefore, we encourage our employees to learn new things, explore new areas of interest and widen their expertise, thus the training also strengthening the teamβs confidence in their skills and capabilities.
Besides, the new skills gained will enable Bring Hope to work more effectively and thus enable us to reach more people in need.
